1. Nature of the Service

Entryline.com provides an online platform that allows users to submit entries for dog shows and events operated by third parties.

We are not:

  • The organizer of events
  • Responsible for the operation, scheduling, judging, or outcome of events
  • Responsible for changes, cancellations, or disputes related to events

All events are governed by the applicable rules and regulations of the Canadian Kennel Club (CKC) and the specific event organizers.

By using this Site, you confirm that you understand and agree to comply with:

  • CKC rules and regulations
  • Event-specific premium lists and policies

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Site, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. User Accounts

You agree that:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are governed by the policies set out in each event’s premium list and by the event organizer.

We do not guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated by the event organizer.

6. User Content

You may upload content, including dog profiles and images.

By uploading content, you:

  • Confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to use the content
  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and store the content for the purpose of operating the Site

We reserve the right to remove any content that we consider inappropriate or in violation of these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Site only for its intended purpose.

You must not:
